Have an overall experience of 12 years with 8+ years in Release and Cutover management and handling major S4 Hana project rollouts and migration activities involved. Currently working on the Cutover for Global roll outs of SAP Template which includes the S4 migration of the SAP systems into cloud space with managing the cutovers and all the widescale activities within the cutover space. Key tasks: Creating cutover plan, managing across teams, resource management, scope management, status meetings, issue resolutions, linked into testing and defined key Go-No-Go decision points. Weekly/daily reporting of progress. Managing resources in USA, India, and the UK. Global system outage management in agreement with the local business leaders, working with the release management team and the global change management team, planning the mock cutovers, executing the mock cutovers incl post cutover reviews, creating lessons learned document Business cutover: Agree steps with the business create cutover plan, running mock cutovers with the focus on data cutover, agreement of key miles stones and go-live criteria, running regular update and status meetings, post cutover support arrangement, handover to early life support
