- End User Device Lead on £300m+ programme, responsible for hardware audit and Cutover across 10 Hospitals
- Integral membership of the End User Device (EUD) Rapid Decision Group, alongside senior clinical and technical stakeholders, is where all hardware choices are made for the Programme.
- Chair of EUD Integrated Area, which comprises of representatives from all Epic applications and looks in detail at specific clinical service hardware requirements for all areas of the hospital, eg Cardiac, Dental, Emergency care, Eye etc.
- The group met twice weekly with over 20 members in attendance.
- Creation and delivery of the On-Site Assessment piece, this was an undertaking of over 700 on-site visits by up to 100 Application Analysts to assess the specific hardware requirements for 350 physical areas across 10 hospitals.
- Creation of a Gap Analysis process to consolidate findings and prepare figures for procurement.
- Creation of a high-value procurement plan (>£15m), including commercial tenders and contracts with multiple NHS suppliers.
- Creation of Rollout Tracking Framework and Reporting structure, utilising the full range of MS365 apps and Teams.
