PwC was engaged by Tenneco to execute a carve-out to create two divisions operating on independent and separate IT systems. The strategy required a single cutover of all the ERP and associated applications across 20 countries and manufacturing sites. Brought in during the integration testing phase to manage and coordinate the cutover. Working with four major groups (ERP, Data-BI, Infrastructure and HR), led the execution of three trial cutovers prior to the final cutover, developing and refining the dependencies, timing and execution that ultimately led to a go-live cutover that was executed in less than 60 hours with no impact on business operations.

State Garden, a producer of green salads for retailers such as Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, and others, set out to implement NetSuite four years prior to joining the project. Challenges included a legacy Navision system that had been highly customized but become static, integration of both RF Smart and Advanced Manufacturing and business teams that did not share a common vision for the to-be solution. Through driving the resolution of ambiguous scope issues, establishing a clear project plan with responsibilities for deliverables and distilling from the key business leaders a minimally acceptable, managed the delivery of a successful solution.
