  • Successfully led the Cutover Workstream for the PAS/Lorenzo migration project for Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Trust and Hull University Teaching Hospitals PAS Merge.
  • Helped in the planning and development of the Project Initiation Document (PID), ensuring alignment with project objectives, stakeholder requirements, and governance standards – making sure that the Cutover plan aligned with this throughout.
  • Planned, developed, documented and executed the cutover strategy and plan.
  • Build a strong working rapport and collaborated closely with stakeholders and departments, including Data Migration, Integration, Configuration, Business Change, Training, System admins and Service leads across two trusts, to ensure a seamless transition from the legacy eCaMIS system to the new Lorenzo Patient Administration System.
  • Organised and led on weekly meetings, workshops and round table discussions to develop and build individual departmental plans which tied in with the overall Cutover plan.
  • Wrote papers which were presented to stakeholders, project boards, service leads and Business change so that changes and or reasoning behind decisions could be made and could be approved in a change management process. 
  • Developed, built and documented along with stakeholders, rollback, hyper care and floorwalking plans using a super-user methodology. Managed floorwalkers following go live.
  • Drove the Cutover plan during Go Live activities from the Command Centre, managed incidents which arose during go live and triaged to the relevant support teams.
  • Managed and collaborated with multiple 3rd party, external resources and suppliers who all has tasks within the overall Cutover plan.
  • Worked very close with the Communications department so that updates and final plans could be shared with Stakeholders clearly and concisely.
  • Worked with regulatory stakeholders to ensure standards throughout the planning and Cutover were met.
  • Used PMO applications such as Trello, Monday.com and Microsoft apps including MS project to track, build and develop documentation and plans.
